Do you ever get stuck in setting up your website, blog or website? Hours of puzzling and it just won’t work out? Or do you lack the time to sort something out or maintain it? Think about occasionally calling in an experienced WordPress expert who thinks along with you and cooperates when you need it. After all, you like to do the rest yourself.

I can’t find the problem
Nothing better and more fun than having your website online according to your own wishes. Once it’s up and running, it’s quite a relief and a reason to party. But what if you don’t find the solution for that small problem you encounter, resulting in hours of puzzling without results and with a lot of annoyance? Then it’s handy that someone looks along with you and if necessary takes over some of the work so that you can continue building your online project full of energy and with a lot of fun.
I’m running out of time and I’m not getting around to it
Finally your website, blog or web shop is online but you notice that your work or assignments give you less and less time to manage or elaborate. And yet you want to be up to date, for example with your webshop articles, keeping the system up to date or creating and publishing articles. A well-maintained system performs much better in terms of speed, gives fewer errors and is better mentioned in the search engines.
Help! Something went wrong!
With almost any online project sompething goes wrong at some point. Whether it’s the loss of your login details, not being able to log in or a website that goes completely blank and is no longer visible online. This creates acute stress for you and the last thing you need to do is panic. Most problems that arise have a reason and usually a solution can be found.
My support services
The first time you need my assistance
Based on your request for assistance, I will review your system once and go through all the settings. This is a one-time review and is no longer necessary for follow-up requests for support. As soon as my support hours for you exceed 5 hours on a yearly basis, you will get the time (usually half an hour to an hour) for inventory back from me in the form of a reduction on your invoice.
Support rate and speed of starting assistance
As soon as you call me in, I’ll tell you when I can do the work for you. As soon as the work is done I will check and test it before I offer it to you. Unfortunately I can’t always start immediately but sometimes I can. My rate for this is €35,- per hour excluding VAT. You can also opt for a set of hours if you wish. You can buy 5 hours in advance for a total amount of € 150,- excluding VAT. These hours can be used for 1 year.
